So, what do you want to know?

For starters, you probably want to know why we would be qualified to fix and/or upgrade your beloved Mac computer, that delectable fusion of form and function currently residing on your desk or lap.

To answer: All our technicians are Apple Certified Support Professionals (ACSP), and Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians (ACMT).

Being an ACSP proves that we have an understanding of Mac OS X core functionality and an ability to configure key services, perform basic troubleshooting, and assist others with essential Mac OS X capabilities.

Becoming an ACMT requires a significant amount of training, and proves the ability to perform troubleshooting and expert repair of both desktop and portable Macintosh systems.

We also have an extensive background in Macs for our own personal use.

So, really, it only seems fitting that we would meet this way.
